Finance Analyst & Senior Accountant

What you will do

1. SOP process (including Accounts Payable & Procure-to-Pay (P2P))

• Own end-to-end P2P processes across APAC entities (ICHC APAC, MTHA, VN, MSGP).
• Ensure timely and accurate AP/AR, bank transactions, fixed assets, payroll support, and monthend/year-end closing.
• Maintain effective internal controls and support audit compliance.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and ensure HQ reporting deadlines are met.

2. Credit Control (Export markets and Viet Nam) & Cash Flow Management ( local entities)

• Manage distributor and customer credit risk, credit limits, and payment terms.
• Drive collections, monitor ageing balances, and resolve payment disputes.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts, credit exposure, and collection reporting.
• Support management on distributor trade terms, GtN, FX exposure, storage fees, and financing charges.

3. Statutory Compliance, Tax & Outsourced Service Provider Oversight

• Lead and oversee outsourced accounting firms and tax advisors in Vietnam and Thailand.
• Review bookkeeping, statutory reporting, tax filings, and compliance activities.
• Ensure timely completion of local statutory and Group reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance controls and compliance processes.

4. Management Reporting & Financial Analysis (Support)

• Support monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare business performance insights and ad hoc analyses for management.
• Contribute to finance transformation, policy development, and process improvement initiatives
  across APAC.

What We are Looking For

Education / Certifications:

• University Degree or equivalent (Accounting/Finance or related major)

Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including accounts payable, credit control/cash flow,and working with or managing outsourced accounting/tax service providers.
• Sound knowledge of accounting and internal control processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge of full financial reporting — Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow,
  etc.
• Sound knowledge of local reporting and local tax regulations;

Languages:

• Vietnamese as mother language
• Fluent in English
